A fair review – pros and cons
The bar lounge offered a cozy retreat, ideal for unwinding after exploring. I truly appreciated the tranquil garden area for a refreshing evening!
Rooms need significant attention. dirty carpets and linens detracted from comfort. Plus, the absence of evening food service was frustrating during late-night hunger.

The room experience left much to be desired. there were reports of dirty carpets and linens that made for an uncomfortable stay. Many guests also raised concerns about inadequate shower facilities and the stale cigarette smell lingering in some rooms. To top it off, there was zero food service available in the hotel during the evenings, which made things a bit tricky for late-night cravings. the lack of proper complaint resolution seemed to be a significant issue, as guests felt overlooked when voicing their concerns.

Great homey feel!
I stayed in a standard twin room with garden view, and it felt cozy and welcoming. Loved the bar lounge area, where I enjoyed a nice pint after a long day. Quick service too! Honestly, it’s the little details that make it special!

Chur, the location was sweet as, heaps close to everything! But mate, the shower was a bit tricky for us non-UK folks and the room could’ve been fresher.

Just a decent option for a couple of nights in Swindon with good value. The bar lounge area was a nice spot to unwind after a long day. For a budget stay, grab a meal at the pub—excellent portions for the price!
